CRITIQUES HIGHLY APPRECIATED!


To those who are asking "Why antlers?", all I could think of when I was watching Kimblee's glorious comeback was "That's my boy! Wear your antlers!" It's a saying akin to "Show your colors". I thought I've heard it around, but my friends and family told me that they've never heard that expression before in their lives. Which makes me believe that maybe I made it up sometime during the course of my life. orz

The challenge I gave myself was to try to convey black and white using a multitude of colors. Just like any challenge, it was CHALLENGING!!! orz


And also, I never know when to stop working on the backgrounds of my 2D work nowadays. What I've learned from this experience is that it is helpful to pay closer attention to how things fit in a canvas-space during the sketching process.
